SANTA CLAUS PARADE
The Channel-Port aux Basques Volunteer Department is organizing the annual parade, weather permitting, and seeks the cooperation of all town businesses/organizations to help accomplish the event for community youth. Gateway Status of Women members will be collecting toys and food along the parade route. Consider preteen and teenage kids when making a toy donation. INTERGENERATIONAL NIGHT, CHRISTMAS PARTY
Hosted by the Port aux Basques Family Resource Centre and Mountain Hope Manor, it's a fun-filled evening with the residents, enjoying parachute time, crafts, reading, dancing, etc. A pair of indoor shoes/socks must be worn (no outdoor shoes allowed). Snacks will be provided. Suitable for babies to age seven.
