Police seized approximately 100 plants along with various paraphernalia to aid in plant growth from a sophisticated marijuana grow operation in Coal Brook Monday.

No arrests have been made nor charges laid to date and the investigation into the alleged offences is continuing.

The Port aux Basques RCMP, with the assistance of Bay St. George District GIS, Corner Brook Drug Section and Corner Brook Forensic Identification Section, executed a search warrant at a vacant house.
