TRAINING SESSION - The Arthritis Society is looking for volunteer leaders for the Arthritis Self-Management Program. Applications for the three-day training session in Corner Brook in September are now being accepted. For more information call Donna at 1-800-321-1433.

RELAY FOR LIFE - The Port aux Basques annual Relay for Life is June 13. Let's get together and celebrate cancer survivors and honour those living with or touched by cancer. To purchase a luminary candle in memory of a loved one or in honour of a survivor contact Lorna Coffin 695-7188 or Sue Osmond 695-2539. RIDE FOR SIGHT - The annual Newfoundland Ride for Sight takes place on June 26-28. Gordon Leamon will be at the Grand Bay Mall from June 16-19 if you wish to make a donation to help find a cure for blindness. For more information or to donate, call Gordon at 695-3385.
