Richard Todd MacRae, 47, of Corner Brook, Colin Joseph MacRae, 40, of York Harbour and Jamie Robin Lidstone, 37, of Lark Harbour were each charged with assault by the RCMP.
All three made separate appearances in provincial court in Corner Brook on Monday.
Richard MacRae was released on a recognizance during an appearance in the morning.
The conditions include a $1,000 bond with a surety. He has to remain in his residence, except for travelling to and from work, and must advise the RCMP in Corner Brook 24 hours in advance of leaving for work and 24 hours in advance of returning home.
He must also stay away from Lark Harbour.
Colin MacRae and Jamie Lidstone made brief appearances in the morning and had their matters set over to the afternoon as the Crown and lawyer representing them worked out the conditions for their release.
Colin MacRae was also released on a recognizance with a surety and a $1,000 bond. He is subject to a curfew between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. and must reside in York Harbour and stay out of Lark Harbour.
Lidstone was released on a recognizance with two sureties and a $1,000 bond from each. He must remain in his residence in Lark Harbour at all times unless in the presence of one of his sureties or to attend work.
All three were ordered to stay away from the man they are alleged to have assaulted.
They will be back in court on Nov. 28.
