Cape Ray wrestler Devon Leamon battled his way to a fifth place finish in his weight category at the Canada Games held on Prince Edward Island.

Cape Ray wrestler Devon Leamon battled his way to a fifth place finish in his weight category at the Canada Games held on Prince Edward Island. Devon's final match was held on Aug. 21. He wrestled Bobby Simmons of New Brunswick in the 39 to 42 kilogram category to determine his fifth place finish. In the five-point match, Devon scored four points to win. Although wrestling in the same weight class, his opponent was three years older.

    congratulations devon in getting to represent our province and tiny community. it must of been a great experience to be part of such an event.
