Good old fashion Banana Bread. You can't beat it! It's simple quick and Delicious.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup maragine1/2 cup white sugar

1 egg, beaten

3 bananas, mashed

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup chocolate chips

Method

Cream maragine and sugar together. In a smaller bowl, mash the bananas. Add the beaten egg and stir. Add mixture to the creamed maragine and sugar. In another bowl, add the flour baking soda, and baking powder. Stir to combine. Add to the creamed mixture and stir lightly until combined. Add the choclate chips. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until loaf is cooked.
