Terry Power - September 27th, 2010 at 15:01:02 It was so refreshing to see the comment from DPG. he told it like it was. Thank you DPG for making me think and respond to the marijuana grow-op news .They really did break the law. We should all be angry that we have people like them living in our communities, growing and SELLING this stuff to our children and grandchildren. To IRIS your comment said ( nothing was said about it being sold to young people or being sold for that matter.) I am sure they had more plans for for these 100 + plants then to admire them on a window sill. Follow the money. I watched a t.v. program only yesterday a Doctor told about what marijuana does to undeveloped brains of our youth and it is enough to want to rid our towns of these people. We should do everything we can to keep our children and our and towns safe. We are the parents it is our responsibility to protect our most precious gift of all . (Our Children ) . If this story was about animal abuse we would have had a hundred comments by now and the fact that we did not speaks VOLUMES. What has happened to our society that we would turn a blind eye to the devastation and destruction of our youth. As DPG so eloquently wrote, it is a slap in the face of our armed forces, our young men and women who gave their lives so we could live in peace and have the freedom to write comments about the low lifes who try to destory our communities and the lives of our children. They are like a virus they spread rapidly. So come on people take back wha tis so rightfully ours, our towns and our children. We owe it to the ONE HUNDRED and FIFTY TWO young men and women who gave their lives in afar away land so we could do just that. God bless our military and bring them safely home... Reference to DPG his letter is in the western star comments. It is a great read.
