While on a cruise to Alaska at the end of August, I had the pleasure to watch the Chefs carve and transform fruit into beautiful centre peices.

The best I can do is to slice apples into wedges! This is an easy and morish (the more you eat the more you want) kind of dip. Make it for yourselves, company and even the kids will be asking for more.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg (block) light cream cheese

1 container of old fashion Carmel dip (found in the produce section )

1/2 package of Skor bits

4-6 granny smith apples

METHOD:

Leave the cream cheese at room temperature to soften. Spread into a serving plate. Top with the Carmel spread (not sundae topping). Sprinkle the Skor bits on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.Slice about 4 granny smith apples into wedges. Dip you apple wedges into the dip, and watch it disappear.
