A nice refreshing way to consume your green vegetables.

You can simply use ham, salami, or proscuittio. you can also wrap up your favourite fruit such as cantaloupe slices and honeydew and serve cold.

Ingredients:

Asparagus

Proscuitto or thinly sliced salami

Balsamic vinegar

Dab of butter

Method:

Such a easy appetizer to prepare. Simply wrap the sliced proscuitto or thinly sliced salami around the middle of the asparagus. Heat butter in a large pan. Add the asparagus. Cook about five minutes. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the asparagus and let the vinegar thicken. Remove from pan, and serve either hot or cold.
